A detailed account of the City Park and Recreation Board's support of the proposals is to be considered for assistance under the Land and Water Conservation Act, according to Ronald Donahue, parks and recreation superintendent. Donahue said he plans to forward the report to state officials Monday.

Proposed are three projects: A 75-acre park near East High way 30 including a nine-hole golf course; conversion of city dump to an exposition grounds; and access roads inprovement in Hormel Park. In his report, Donahue contends that need of a golf course Motel Purchase Suit Dismissed By Judge Flory A $12,000 District Court suit filed against the owners of Berry Motel has been ordered dismissed by Judge Robert L. Flory. The suit was filed by Culbert-son, Roe and Bell, a i -coin real estate firm which claimed Mr. and Mrs.

Gerald Berry would not comply with an agreement after the firm found a purchaser for the motel. Following non-jury trial Dec. 2, attorneys for both parties submitted briefs. The judge held that the Lincoln firm "did not prove a cause of action" and ordered the suit dismissed and the firm to pay $141.70 court costs. The Berrys contended the firm did not produce an acceptable buyer and that a statement of earnings for an apartment building to be taken in trade was not accurate.

Scribner Couple Files Law Suit Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Dames of Scribner have filed a suit against Mr. and Mrs. Walter Jones, Westfield, and their son Larry W.

Jones Las Vegas, over an automobile accident in Scribner last June 20. Dames also filed the suit on behalf of his daughters, Diane Kay and Linda Sue seeking $5,000 for injuries they sustained in the accident and the balance for damage to the Dames car. Montgomery Post 58, American Legion. stems from lack of a municipal facility and that need is evidenc ed by the use given courses at Wahoo, Oakland, and Omaha by Fremont golfers. He said 65 acres would be devoted to the course and the other 10 acres to an area for picnics, playground, ball field, parking, and space reserved for tennis courts and a swimming pool. Terming the porposed facility as an "important tourist stop," Donahue said use would also be by Fremonters and residents of surrounding communities. Of Fremont's 31-acre city dump, Donahue said appearance improvement is in the line beacuse the dump, located at the south entrance to the city, "has been an eyesore for As an exposition grounds, the site is "nearly perfect," n-ahue stated.

He listed access to nearby Hwy 77 and a county road, near the Piatt River and bordered by wooded areas as advantages of the location. Suggesting that Fremont's eight-county 4-H Fair could be held there, he noted that the fair's present site in Memorial Park has limited space for exhibits and parking. Proposed improvement there would include a large exposition hall of summer-type n-struction, having a stage and seating capacity for several thousand persons. Suggested use, in addition to fair-related activity, is for summer stock dramatic shows. Other improvements would include dirt fill, and grading, entrance and exit drives, 1 a d-scaping, electrical power and water facilities, a tenting area, a show ring for livestock, and 11 acres of parking area for 1,500 vehicles.

Suggested improvement of the 167-acre Hormel Park is for access roads only in order to maintain the effect of a wilder-nes type park, according to Donahue. Speciafic work proposed Is filling low areas in roads, providing drainage culverts, and stabilizing three miles of roads with gravel.
